I can remember it pulling skiers as a kid. Even with 2 on board, it scoots on the water like a rocket. It is a hoot to drive with that stick steering.

I have 2 SS90's. One is a '81 with a "tuned" Rude 150 and a 4 blade 23" prop.
I run 65 mph in it.
The other is a '84 with a Rude 85. I am almost finished with the restro.
I really like these older Starfire's. Also they are a good size for me by my self or with a grandson.
