Bass are starting to school in the afternoons. Stripers are turning it on also. But I would be real careful where ever you plan to go on Clark Hill for it is about 11 foot down and there are a lot of shallow Shoals that haven't been where you would hit them. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/USA1.gif
You may want to check for Available ramps for most are closed by the Corps right now. But they are still letting water off like it is full.The best place recently has been upper end near the Russell Dam , We have been getting in some good schooling action late in the day.
