Have never been to this lake. Any info would be greatly appreciated (i.e. structure, areas of interest). Thanks in advance http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

johns lake is a very good lakes, the ramp is off sr 50 just west of the turnpike, johns lake rd i believe....alot of people split the lake into two, the east side(turnpike side) or west side...both sides produce, and alot of people fish the narrow canal channel that connect the two....try there and try in the pads and outside grass lines
flip the grass lines and hold on http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
Finally got on some good fish I hope they hold up until Sat. Water level is up compared to most lakes in the area. small schoolies everwhere mostly working in small packs. The wife caught her first fish on a spinnerbait now she is queen of the spinnerbaits
Redsled, sent you an IM.
Tournament went well just not for us.It took 21+ to win our club event. They were dragging 10 inch worms thru the standing grass. We had a small limit for 7+ pounds just couldn't get the big bites. Lots of bait all around. The grass parking lot is in real bad shape with a lot of soft sand. All of our teams weighed in fish. There was another club there not sure of the club name Misfits, I think, out of the Lakeland area good bunch of guys!
i was there just fishing for fun. I had the silver harley f-150 with the red bullet with the 300 merc. I parked in the sand lot and some one hit my truck the worst part is was only 3 days old....
