Depth and sonar issue.

So a week ago i posted a issue of not being able to select the xnt 9 mdi t with my mega g2 helix 10 . Went out this weekend and the depth reading was all over the place plus the di imaging was almost blacked out from the bow unit . My consol unit is networked with the bow and i had to shut off the front and just use the transom as the primary. And even then depth readings were 30-50 feet off plus the 2d was not reading correctly. Ive been reluctant to update because ive never had a issue till i changed the tranducer.will the update 1.9 fix this or should i go back to another tranducer . ?
