Interesting Story from the Lakeland Ledger

Today I was reading the Ledger when I noticed a big picture of a Pleco fish on the front page. One of the invasive sucker fish that is in every waterway you can think of now. I read on and they were interviewing Dave Hoy from here in Polk County. Dave has guided (bass) around here for years and has a shiner sales business. Now he has started farming the pleco's out to Palm Beach County. They are using them to clean stinky pools from foreclosed and abandoned homes, of which I am guessing there is no shortage right now.
