Rodman Report/Upper St.Johns

Anyone have any info on how rodman is these days?. And can anyone give me a starting point on where to fish upper st.Johns. Around shands bridge, green cove, trout creek, jullington creek, doctors lake? I cant find a dock in more than 2 ft water? Any info appreciated. Thanks, Kyle
