Hydraulic Jack Plate
I am going to be getting and replacing the jack plate on my rig-2017 TritonTR22 w 250 Pro XS. I currently have the fixed 12". What ones are you guys running? Any particular likes or dislikes? I am looking at the Bob's Machine Shop 12" Action Jacker or the T-H Marine Atlas 12 " Hydraulic. Just trying to gather some info. I do have two 8' PowerPole Blades already on my rig with my 12" fixed plate that will need to be attached to the new plate when I get it. Any idea of how many hours of labor to install? w transferring the power poles to the new plate also. I know I am going to be using a hydraulic sporadically but when I want it it'll be there for the different types of fishing/running I am doing in my rig.

I’ve installed a lot of happy bobs owners

I installed my Atlas in about 2 hrs. First time ever removing the motor. 2hrs included wiring the gauge and steering wheel mounted trim and plate height.

Just about every thread that post on here. You seem to see more people with Bobs.

I live on the coast, if you want to see how fast something dies, stick it in saltwater.
Every single flats rig has to run a hydraulic plate, so you'll see quickly which ones are good and which ones are not.
The bob's are still living, the atlas came on like a new day, and now they don't.
