Fish are very shallow with a bunch on the beds.

Whole lake or like in years past where they start on south end of lake and go north as weeks progress??

I've only been fishing the southend. Sandy Branch, Bagby, etc... I haven't made a run above Sandy Branch yet.

I fished the North end Apr. 3 and found them 8-10 deep in creek channels,...had a good day,...all the females were still fat and only had 1 male that had a worn tail....water still too stained to see any beds. Also water was very low.

i was there last weekend and fishin was GREAT! five biggest one day was right at 23 lbs throw spinnerbait and black and blue chatterbait big ones http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/roll.gif were killin the chatterbait.
