can a driver seat on a 2006 tr200 be adjusted for a short legged driver?

I really don't think so, at least not economically. The hotfoot can me moved much easier.

Thanks. Just bought a 06 Tr200. I'm 5'9". Hoping I'll be able to maintain good back support while driving. Do you think this will began issue?

You can stick that throwable cushion we're supposed to have behind your back if you need to be closer to the wheel.
