Was hoping somebody could help me locate one of these;

It's for a 2004 285 pro xl. Had a screen on it but I must have torn it off, it measures 2" across and how the heck do you get it off?
Thanks much, Kevin

It should screw on to a thru hull. I would think just about any board sponsor dealing in boat parts would have one. try c&O marine.
I've gotten them from C&O before. Give Carol a call at 615-797-4760. She'll take care of you! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif

Sometimes Wallmart will have them. They just screw onto the threads of the thru hull fitting
Thanks guys for all of your help will check at Walmart if not there will give Carol a call.
I did try screwing it off but for some reason it just keeps turning like there are no threads, then tried prying it off with screwdriver but it would't budge and didn't want to bust it off. Guess will figure out somehow to get it off!
Thanks again, Kevin
I think some need to be pried out, carefully. The male part has a ridge on it that seats into a ring on the female part.
Ask C&O about removal.
Those are snap in screens from Flow Rite. I just replaced those two. Had to use a dremel tool to get the old ones off. I bought two more for the live wells while I was at it.
They're push-ins. Just grab it and pull it out. My livewell has those screens in it. Had to get a pair of pliers to pull one out, but the second just popped right out.
