295 stratos???

I'm looking at a 04 295 stratos with a 200 yamaha. What do you guys think of this boat? Speed? Handling? Ride?

Is there any difference in the 294 and 295 hull design? What about the 200 yamaha hpdi?

What kind of speed should I expect?

not real sure on the speed for the 295 w/ the 200 hpdi. you should be able to get low to mid 70s with it.

the hull was identical for the 294, 195 and 295 with the differences in the cap.
the 294 had a divided livewell vs 2 livewells for the 195 and 1 storage bin vs 2 in the front deck with the 195. there were other differences, but those are the ones that stood out the most. Not sure what the 295 had that the 195 doesnt/didnt...

Ok, I was mistaken on the motor. It has a yamaha 200hp 3.1 ox66 on it insted of the hpdi. How is the ox66? Any issues with it. What kind of speed?

Great combo... 26 txp is the bomb on that rig. 75 is possible light load.
