Yes it will, I use it on my 03 225!!
Make sure you get V 1.42B not 1.42.
You have to have a computer with a serial port (DB9) to run this software & the operating system has to be prior to Windows XP.
In other words, that software won't function with a USB to serial converter and it won't work with Windows XP or Vista. The operating system should be Windows 95, 98 or 2000.
