Guys I am looking to replace the pumps in my new to me javelin. They all still work, just when they are on.....they are loud as hell. I was looking in the bilge area and looks like there are two of everything as far as the recirculating and fill pumps.....
where is the best place to get these pumps?
97 model pumps.... there's a very good chance you're not going to find an exact replacement. Now would be the time to choose what you want to put in it and rework.
I just changed mine out 2 weeks ago, and I went with the Johnson/Mayfair 500gph aerator pumps from BassPro. They were easy to install and the best part is whenever they start going bad you can buy the replacement cartridges for less than $10 each. Here is the link to the one's I used, I bought the straight shank but the 90 degree would have also worked. Good Luck!!
