Set Up on 1996 295/1996 200ph carb Rude

Just needed a little help on set up on this boat. Tried the Set-up by Todd board but no one was post Thanks for any help i can get......By the way with a 6inch jackplate and no jackplate both setups if anyone can help...... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/sweating.gif

I have a 96 295 Pro dual console and my set up is this with heavy load:

26 four blade Renagade, 2 3/4" below pad, 63-65 MPH @ 5,700 RPM.

26 Raker, same set up, 65-70+ depending on load, 5,600-5,800 RPM!
