Mike got the 27 fury from me... I had one of the first batchs bought. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif I ran it for 2 min and had it sold on the ride home from the lake. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif
There is another one for sale in the props for sale page...

Re: 27 Fury Test Results (Blue Steel)
Question? I have a 21XHP with 250 Pro XS. I have a 26 tepest getting 76 tourney load. I was thinking about the 27 inch Fury. Are you running a 250 also? What are your thoughts? I'm not sure if I would be better off blue printing the 26 from Mark or buying a 27 Fury?
Re: 27 Fury Test Results (bassavy)
All depends on what rpms you are running with the Tempest,I might would have Mark BB it and work it to a 27.

Studly dude!!!! You puttin' pressure on an old man before I get to try mine...
Good speeds http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif How did the Bravo prop run on your EVO? Did you like it?
Re: 27 Fury Test Results (craigs06)
I ran a 28 Bravo, needed to be a 27, holeshot was Awesome as expected. Just got a 27 Hydromotive but haven't had a chance to run it yet, I do expect good results though.

Re: 27 Fury Test Results (Blue Steel)
What is you definition of a good holeshot? I saw a 201 Evo the same engine and setup and it wouldn't fall out of tree with a 27 Fury. It would only run like 77mph on top. That's with a Atlas Hydraulic Jackplate as well. I guess you got a good one. Are you running in a lake or river?
Re: 27 Fury Test Results (Psychologist)
Re: 27 Fury Test Results (Psychologist)
just curious, where did you see that 201 run? what setup did he end up with ( prop/ vent plugs/ holeshot?
Re: 27 Fury Test Results (munchie)
It was here in Louisiana on Lake D'Arbonne. It is a lot hotter here too. It was when the 27 Furys came out. I am not sure what he ended up with. Maybe a Raker II. All I know is that I could eat his lunch with a 201D Cobra with a 225 ProXS out of the hole. With the 27 Fury, he would have to run to the front deck to get it to not plow water and break the nose over.
However, he sent me a picture of the GPS after he put some time on it and that thing would run like 85. It just has a horrible holeshot.
The guy is very knowledgeable when it comes to setting up boats, so I am sure he has tried many things.
Re: 27 Fury Test Results (munchie)
Ran my 27 Hydromotive today, 96 degrees, high humidity. Hole shot was 4 seconds, BB by Mark and has 8 pvs holes.Loaded, livewells full, full fuel, 78 mph...
