Looking from the back of the motor, it is the top left...

so, let me get this straight, if i am looking at the carbs, the top left carb is the #2 carb that is mounted in front of #1 piston. this is really confusing. The pistons, as I have been told are # 1-3-5 on the drivers (starboard) side, #2-4-6 are on the passenger, (port) side. However the numbering of the carbs do not coinside wth the numbering of the carbs.
I will now go out to the garage and switch the new jet to the other side.

I believe the term "cross-flow" refers to the flow which occurs in the combustion chamber.

Nope the 200's are Loopers. Loop Charged.
