Hot foot cable length for Javelin Renegade 20?

I'm installing a hot foot in my Renegade 20 and need to know the correct cable to purchase. Anyone know this info? Thanks guys!

measure from the placement of the foot to th side of boat then down the boat to motor add 1 foot just to be sure and to be safe dont want to get a throttle cable that is again too short by 4" . or measure your present one and add 2-3 ft to it

I have a 16' cable on mine, if that helps.
