Who manufactures the boat trailers for stratos?

Who manufactures the boat trailers for stratos? I need tech help on why my disc brakes are not completely releasing/

i have a 1999 Stratos trailer, where do I get parts for the lights and reflectors that are broken or fallen off?

Stratos makes them...but your brakes will be covered by UFP.......a component provider.
