80 lb would proabably do real well.

x2 You should't need a 101 or a 109 for that boat. A 80 will definately make that boat feel like it has a 101 on it though.
If your set up for a 24 volt go with the 80 lb. If your set up with a 12 volt go with the largest available.

And before I went with the 'largest 12v' (which I want to say is going to be something 55lb) .... I'd consider rewiring so I could run a 24v setup.

Yes I agree. I made the mistake of going with a 55lb 12 volt on my smaller boat and after two years I yanked it off and replaced it with an 80lb. The 80lb pushes smaller boats much better than the highest 12 volt models.
Yes it is set up for 24 volts. Just wasn't sure if I should go with a 55#.
