1986 Black Max with zero compression in one cyl

I am thinking of buying a 1986 Ranger 375v with a 1986 Black Max 175 motor.
Compression readings 1-132, 2-132, 3-135, 4-142, 5-0, 6-125.

As far as cost effectiveness, would I be better off having this motor rebuilt.
Or try to find one used/already rebuilt ?

Does anybody know what kind of dollars I would be looking at either way?

Searching the internet, I have not found much in the way of a replacement motor.
