How To Get Free Map Update???

Hey guys, I purchased my 93sv a few months ago, and am not trying to update my mapping to the 2017 mapping via Garmin Express. It's not giving me any options to download it for free, since I should get the one free map update within a year? Anyone know how to get it to recognize that it's supposed to be free? Thanks for the help

I just plugged in my 53cv that I bought a couple of months before the 93sv and it popped right up to download the free chart update. I guess maybe I will have to call Garmin to get the free update for the 93sv.
