Has anyone heard that if you replace your man. jackplate with a hydraulic jackplate it will void your warranty?? I called the factory and they said that if they do not install, it it will void the boat warranty. This does not seem right to me. It is not this way with Ranger and Triton.
i think if you came up with a list of questions in regards to things you can do to your boat (as in upgrades and stuff) and ask enough dealers you will find that if you do anything at anytime to your it will void your warantee. I think i have heard it all. A manufatorer once told my father that his boat split up the middle because it was not made to run on the waters here in maine (aka choppy all the time) then why do you sell them here? and also heard a friend was told that the reason the bottom of his boat was messed up because it was in the water too much... hmmm its a boat?
NO it will not. as long as you dont exceed the 12" on the ZX models......
