I just finished rebuilding my intruder and the compression is 120 on all 6 cyl. I ran it for 10 minutes. My digital meter shows 165-170 degrees on each head. Is this normal after a rebuild on a flusher?

How much H20 pressure?? You may have a bad T stat. How long have you run the motor? Did you sound the alarm?
I do not know how much pressure. The engine is on a stand in my garage that i built. It has wheels on it. The hose was on wide open.
I ran it for 10,minutes. There are no controls. It is just hooked up to the battery and I jumped out the solenoid.
I would hang it on the boat and hook everything up like its supposed to be, and restart it. See if you get any alarms then.
You didn't lose any compression did you?
