That is too many rpms on that motor.....( I think)
You have a lot of prop slip turning that many rpms and only getting 73.8gps. I would prop that motor to only 6000 rpms as recommended by Yamaha. I think you might have some warranty issues if something ever goes wrong and the computer registers a lot of time at 6300rpms. I guess your rpms could be off also.
I turned a 25T-1 to 6000rpms and 76.4gps this past Monday. It was cool outside and had a good chop on the water. This has been my best speed so far.

i was thinking the rev limiter on the HPDI is 6150 anyway
