Hey guys, in the market for a new boat, I'm between the Legend V-20 and the skeeter FX-20. I noticed the option for a middle seat in the V-20. Does anyone have a picture of the middle seat that I could look at? Is it removable? Also if possible, if anyone has a comparison of the two mentioned boats, it would be much appreciated if you could give me pros and cons. Thanks a lot.
I've rode in both and I wouldn't buy the skeeter. The legend rides so much nicer in the rough stuff.

Definitely Casey04 since your spending a Ton of money on a New boat I would Shop and Drive them all....Bass Cat, Phoenix, Skeeter, Ranger, Legend and Triton. I know you only mentioned the 2 brands but those 2 are miles apart in terms of what you get. I bet a Loaded Legend will be $20k more than a LE FX Skeeter, and what will you really get in the end, besides less $$$$
Thanks for the feedback. i narrowed it down to those because i like the lay out of the boat, i guess i could add ranger in there as well. Skeeter offers a tremendous amount of owner incentives here in texas and that is a big plus for me as well. I just need to get my butt in the boats and take a ride. thanks again
A loaded Legend, skeeter, basscat, phoenix, etc in their top of the line models will all be within a few thousand dollars. If you are looking for an awesome team fishing boat the v series is hard to beat. Huge front beck, great storage, very effective passenger rod ramp etc. The brands all have their strong points and weak points. Don't buy the v series for top end speed for example. The 20 is a 69-71 mph with real load. Look at a basscat for loaded speed. Puma and cougar ftd models will run 75-77 all day loaded. What ever you look at will be comparable $ when in top of the line models with equal equipment, that is for certain.
