Length on Trailer Ranger TR177 - Buying a House need some Info so it Fits

I have a 2010 Ranger TR177 with a 115 ETEC. I am buying a new house that has a detached garage. I want to make sure the boat will fit in the garage, otherwise it's gonna make things difficult. My Ranger is in storage till thhe spring, does anyone know what the length of the TR177 with Swing Toungue opened and the motor down would be? I saw numbers on the website but wanted to get some accurate numbers. I am moving quick on this house, so any input from the guys that have this boat or Ranger reps/dealers that have access to the rig and can give me a more accurate number. Thanks glad a bought the TR177 just hope she fits the in the new garage.

20'2" with the tongue open

Dumb question but the 20'2 includes the length with the motor down and the toungue open I assume. I have 23 feet of room in the garage, and the boat will be the only thing in the garage. Just wanted to confirm

If you have 23 foot garage, you have plenty of space.. even if it does not go in straight you can angle it in, I assume garage is at least 20 foot wide.. Mine is 19 1/2 foot long and boat goes in at a slight angle.
