I just received my new Nylotrol pedestal hole covers from Hank - AWESOME. I had the Big Dawg aluminum models before but they oxidize badly and I got tired of hitting them with Mother's metal polish.
I also got a plug for the cooler - very durable and works perfectly. Thanks Hank!

why did you get a plug for the cooler? is the factory plug junk?
I'm guessing, like myself, he didn't get a plug with his rig.
Never dawned on me to ask for one.

Yeah, I'd guess that what happened. My factory plug is pretty good. It'd be nice to have a spare though...I can see myself launching it off into the woods when I remove the ice at the end of the day.

I didn't get one for the cooler either....I made some for the LW's also to put in the over flow. When its hot, it helps keep the treated water in there during hole shot and rough water.

i thought i didnt get one either, but i found it in a box of papers and books that came with the boat along with a tool to open the oil cap if it gets stuck.
