1978 evinrude 140

Hi
I bought a used 140 on a checkmate a few weeks ago.
It was sold and used in north Alabama, high up in the mountains.
I live in New Orleans Louisiana, at sea level.
The motor has had the thick, low compression head gaskets installed on it and I think it might have also been re jetted for use in high altitudes. The dealer that sold the boat and has done all the work on it cant find any info on if it had been re jetted but they told me the OEM stock size of the jets should be 95C.
down here in Louisiana i was told that the OEM stock size is only 65C.
I guess my question is can anyone tell me where I might find this information on the right jets size for my 140. It has 1 3/8 size carbs and it has the 65C jets installed in them.
I am fixing to change out those low compression head gaskets and want to make sure the carbs are jetted right.

The recommended jet sizes are in your service manual or consult your local BRP dealer.

after looking on this site i came across this site that shows a detailed drawing of the carbs and it says that they have 65C in them so i guess ill be ok. looks like they just changed the head gaskets and not the jets.

always had OMC, Just bought the last 06 115 carb motor from a dealer here and going to install it on another boat i have tomorrow its has a 1995 112 on it i just rebuilt (broke ring) its going to be a back up motor for now the 140 is on a checkmate.
