Agree with the "just can't have enough room". Ya certainly wouldn't want to scratch it up.
I'm starting to do a count-down to see which one will be finished first...the boat or the building.

Just as a reminder, there is a difference of about 4" depending if you rig with a Yamaha or a Mercury. Based on those measurements I would venture to say that is equipped with a Yamaha. It should be close to 23' 4" for the Mercury option. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
