Re: Our First Bird (Marty's Marine)
Can you tell me what options are on this boat? Just trying to get an idea of what some of the options looks like. Obviously, I see the removable dual console. Does this model include the gatorhyde trailer or the custom chrome wheels? I haven't seen comparative pictures of the difference in the two wheels?
Thanks,
Bill
Re: Our First Bird (billbyers4)
The chromed aluminum wheels are a part of the standard options. This trailer is the standard painted version (not gatorhyde).
These boats come pretty well loaded and do not need much added.

That's the best color scheme I've seen on a Bird so far! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/bows.gif
Re: Our First Bird (Marty's Marine)
Thank you for all of the compliments on the colors. I was worried at first about picking those colors but they turned out nice.
The only option I added to the boat was the removable console. The boats come loaded up with just about everything you want. And trust me, I have yet to find anything else I would need on the boat.
My hat is off to the gang at Phoenix, the boat is built well, rides well, and handles like a dream. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif

The Phoenix is a nice boat but you guys there at Marty's Marine know that it ain't got anything on a Charger http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif
Re: Our First Bird (Inkman)
as far as rough water ride you could be correct. Charger is a true deep V hull and not so much a high performance rig. Charger is known for the best big water bass boat out there IMO. I like them also. Alot of quality goes into them boat since they dont mass produce them. Although Phoenix for the vaulue could just possibly be the next ranger in the boating industry as far as popularity. Who knows... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

I don't know why you would say that, I have a several friend with different brands of boats that are high performance rigs and only one or two are a few miles per hour faster. Most are about the same. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/embeer.gif
Re: Our First Bird (Inkman)
I didnt mean it like speed wise. Im just saying a charger is a more big water boat and designed so. Plus its a totaly custom boat in which I like.
Re: Our First Bird (Cobra 190D)
ok it's just when most people talk high performance they mean speed and handling. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/smile.gif
