Why do some people wake inside the NO Wake at a boat ramp??????
I was out yesterday doing some prop testing and tied my boat up to the dock while I went and got my truck to load the boat to change props this idiot was running inside the no wake zone and put two deep gouges in the gold metal trim around my rub rail and scuffed up my rub rail. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/mad.gif I almost blew my top and wanted to run him down and let him have it I was so mad. I went today and bought me a couple of boat bumpers and they will be used from now on if I tie my boat up to a dock.

Seems like around here if you got a ski-boat you cant do much wrong in the eyes of the water patrol http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthdown.gif But by-God if you got BassBoat you better have it off plane well ahead of the no wake zones.

This guy was in some sort of a pleasure boat and the wake was as least two feet high he had the whole dock bouncing around like crazy I had trouble keeping my feet in under me while I was walking to my boat. The water patrol's have a lot more serious problems around here than to harass fisherman. I have seen a ton more jet skies driving reckless and inside no wakes than I have bass boats. And I think something needs to be done about how much wake a boat can put out the pleasure boaters either ride around with the bow way up in the air driving slow which produces a two the three foot wake or the ski boats try and put out the biggest wake they can so the skier can get another foot higher in the air whoopeeeeeeee!!!!!!!!!!! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/mad.gif

Sounds like my home lake here in Indiana. Been stopped by DNR a couple of times for my fishing license, (WHICH I HAD). Mean while you have those idiots (some, not all) in the pleasure boats drinking and speeding in the wake zone http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/mad.gif. Had a lot of jet skis come within 10 feet of my boat ( haulin A$$ ) when i was flippin the bank.

I know what you mean dude, I was fishing Norman the thursday before the rally and was going under the 150 bridge, well once I got out of the no wake zone I was going to the left hand shore and just happen to look back to see a boat coming under the bridge WFO and never saw me till he was passing me, well lets just say he got the 1 finger salute!!

People Suck, They have no respect for anyone, not even themselves. On Lake Harris the jet skiers will use the dock on highway 27 all day as a launch platform for there jet ski party.

that guy will get u for everything, he will get out a tape measure ad measure the width and divison of ur numbers. but ppl stil do it and if any shit like that happens to the gambler m dads trying to get right now they better hope they have an allison b/c they cant out run us lol and i fell srry for them when dad cathes them. hes cuking crazy sumtimes lol. some ass hole did that to me in my trihole boy let me tell u i pulled my anchor found him, went about 3/4 throttle and soaked the inside of his boat lol doing circles. that trihole puts up some wak man.

Terry, I had some Bastage do that to me right after I got my boat...same results as you on my boat......I NEVER tie up to a dock anymore. I have a 20' dock rope that I tie off to front cleat of boat and always push boat away from dock in which ever way the wind is blowing......This saves my boat and I can usually get the truck in the water fore' the boat gets close to the dock.......Sorry to hear about that man, Roger http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif
