My Shearwater bay boat.....not Gambler, but still an AMS product
thought I would share a few pics of my Shearwater 2200 Coastal Bay. I had it out for the first time today and I still have alot of prop work and seat time to accomplish. With Brian and I onboard and a full tank of gas we GPS'ed it at 59 mph on the button. That was with a beat up 23" Mercury Tempest, and we were all over the rev-limiter. 60 mph(GPS) with a full load and 62 light is my goal, and I think I can hit it. I will miss my Triton, but so far I can say this boat is a missle out of the hole and rides great at all speeds. I can't wait to put a Tarpon in it this summer. Maybe she will help me land a Sail or maybe even place in a Kingfish tourney this summer I will give a full report once I get it dialed in, but so far I like it My wife informed me that I need to keep this boat at least a year.....I said, "maybe" http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif

Nice looking boat Fred http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif You should see the speeds you're looking for since you're hitting the limiter. If you're not banging the limiter very bad, you may get Mark on the props board to bump up the pitch some and blueprint..........he's great with a tempest.
