W.S. Let me know if I can help with a recess kit....... MM
Re: recessed t-motor tray (MM)
I installed a tray on my '99 201 last year. best thing i ever did!!
the wiring was not an issue as the area you need to cut out is
packed full of foam, which i removed with a drywall saw, then punched
a hole through the bottom for the drain hose. took me about 3 hrs
to decide i was going to cut a hole in my deck, measured and remeasured about 30 times, and about an hour to cut out and install.
***DON'T FORGET TO SEAL THE EDGES OF THE CUTOUT WITH SOME KIND
OF RESIN BEFORE YOU INSTALL***
if your deck is like mine, you have a fiberglass/balsam wood/fiberglass sandwich.
any water infiltration will eventually compromise both materials.
good luck, and a six pack should help the nerves. http://www.bassboatcentral.com/boardstuff2/beers.gif

I'm thinking of doing the same thing, whats the total cost and anyone have any pics of the process? I'm curious and want to install but can't get over cutting into my boat yet, just like some more info. Where/what type is the best to go with?

Just installed the comfort troll on my 201 and it was super easy - took about 30 min max. I used some razor wire to remove the foam (about 5 min)!
