What year model is your boat ?? I ask because I need to know if you have wood floors or coosa composite floors. If you have wood floors then you can move the hotfoot anyplace you want it. If you have coosa composite floors then there should be a piece of aluminum reinforcement glassed to the floor underneath the hotfoot. Screws will pull right out of coosa composite which is why the aluminum plate would be installed underneath the hotfoot.
I don't know much about the throttle cable and I will have to get in touch with Donnie and ask him about that.
