The new 797 review in rough water
This is going to be hard to say,and after giving a bunch of test rides Sat.along with Tommy which gave his fair share so just not have one driver,I have to say this boat out performs ALL the currrent models in the Charger line up...I know this is a bold statement, but after the very windy day and big ass 50 ft cruiser boats out this weekend ,this boat never even thought of getting out of shape,I gave a few guys a ride over these conditions at 70 + and they all were very impressed at the speed at which this boat runs over these conditions....Its super solid(no hull slapping sound) ,glued to the water feel......It is a totally different boat feel, its just feels like a go cart on steriods..From hole shot to mid range to the 55 mph + circles which broke the ice ,guys were just amazed at the Gs this thing will pull while staying totally flat in a very hard turn and never breaking loose....this boat is totally amazing...I told Joe I cant buy one because all Ill be doing is boat riding, and not fishing... http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/Laugh.gif

The thing is just amazing to drive.
It gives the words, "Hang on, I want to try something!" a whole new meaning.
The guys that took rides could hardly wipe the grins off of their faces.
From the amazing holeshot to top speed runs at and beyond 70mph, it has to be one of the best boats I've ever been in. Oh and don't forget 50+ mph figure 8's. I know the guys that rode with me won't.

Nope this glides over the water,as where the 6 series boats use the hull to cut the water ,this big beast just glides over it.Its a different feel than the 6 seires....
Re: The new 797 review in rough water (TOUCH OF CLASS)
Guys that boat is a beast. The bad thing about riding in it is I want one sitting in my garage. The good thing is that I dont need to go to six flags for a while, Tommy put enough Gs on me Saturday. LOL
