Has anyone done this to their Charger? I am wanting to do this to my 2001 296 TF but I noticed that there is what seems to be a support piece that goes across the deck. I realize that I would have to remove the electrical terminal block that is attached to that support piece but that is fine. I have had two back surgeries and that recess sure would be nice.
I installed a Troll Well in mine, you are correct, there is a support that you have to cut about 1/2 way through. moving the terminal block isn't that big of a deal. I love it! Back feels alot better now with the recess after a long day of fishing than it did before. I recommend you give them a call as then can also color match to your boat... I just ordered a gray one. I will have to take pictures and post when I get my windscreens back from Iguana Graphixs.. he is covering them and a couple other small things for me.....

That is good to know. I was afraid I would have to have some fiberglass work done to replace the support. I am hoping to get it done soon.
I also installed one in my 2001 496TF, just like Straw said had to cut half way through it but absolutly no problems have had it in for several years now no troubles works great!
