Going from a 223 to a 206's and 210. What to expect?

I used to have a 223 that was awesome. I mainly am concerned with how a boat handles rough water. So how were these newer models. If any one has road in a 223 and then the 206 and 210 that would be some great info.

I've not ridden in or driven a 206, but I think the 210 would compare closer to your 223. The 210 is an amazing rig! I loved the one I ran at the last dealer meeting! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/bows.gif

I am sure the 223 was a great ride on rough water. You can never have enough length when the water gets real rough however, i am sure the extra length made for a harder shallow water and navigating in/around docks a little harder. I think this 210 is the perfect balance of both. Ride is very subjective to the driver. But I have yet to be in a bassboat that was so far superior to my ride in my 210..Other than another champion..The one thing i have noticed about riding in other models is the higher the boat sits at rest seem to ride better in rough water and are dryer than those whose gunnels sit low to water..Those boats tend to track better in wind and are less blown around by wind..

The 206 is 20'6" and the 210 is 20'10". 4" difference in length. Both have 95" beam. And yes, as Jason posted, there is more diff than just the length.
