I got mine at West Marine. You can get it in two little tubes that is a dark gray. They sell a black pigment that you can add.
I used some gray on my white hull, thought it wouldn't show, but it does when on the trailer http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/doh.gif I got the white after that http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif
So, check out any marine supply stores you have in your area, they should be able to set you up. I believe Marine Tex is classified as a hazardous material, so the shipping cost is prohibitive.
Best of luck.
West Marine also sells Gel Coat paste, which is translucent. They sell tints for coloring the paste, also. I guess you can use the tine for coloring Marine Tex.
I've been using the paste to repair chips and gouges in the boat I bought. It is black, so it's not too hard to match. Mix it, dab it, sand it, compound it, wax it. Done.
Sounds like another good way to fix it http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/thumbsup2.gif
