Yamaha HPDI Trim Issue

Need the members help in figuring out an issue I have with my Yamaha 250 TLRB HPDI. Recently, when I accelerate out of the hole, the motor would shut down suddenly, like I had pulled the kill switch and then start up again. I tried several things, including fuel pumps, changing filters, and cleaning the filter in the fuel canister. That did not help. For good reason! That was not the issue. I have discovered that when I come out of the hole, at full acceleration, the motor will shut down when I trim up the motor. When it shuts down, I release the trim and it will continue to accelerate. This does not happen when I am trimming down or trimming up when not accelerating. Any thoughts?
