Advice for my Champ 21SX

I own a 07' Champion 21SX fish N ski. I was told that it's basically a 203 hull with a different cap on it. Can you give me any details on the 21SX's hull design? Set up suggestions? I have a 300Vmax with a 10" hydraulic jackplate. I've tested a Tempest, T-1, Trophy, Bravo1, and my best runs are with a 26P Fury yielding 74.2 on GPS lightly loaded alone. The hull is heavy at 2200lbs. I have to run at max trim to get enough bow lift. Prop shaft height is near 2-3/4 to 3" below the pad. I'd love to see 76 on GPS if it's possible. Any suggestions from anyone? Thanks. Mark

74.2 is smokin for that hull - I'm suprised your seeing that. To eek out that last couple, I'd talk to Mark on the props page about having the Fury B&B'd and see if that would get you there. Actually, it's basically the 206 hull, not the 203.

Thanks for the responses. I already sent the Fury to Mark C. for Balance, Blueprinting, and cupping added. Can't wait to get it back and test again. I hope to squeeze just a little more out... What are / were the the pros and cons of the 206 hull if any?
