I'm posting this for a friend! He found some line around the prop shaft and found water when he changed the foot oil! He would like to do it himself, question is......how does he get to the seal after pulling the prop off???

1 of a couple ways. Pull the carrier or use the tool that pulls the seal without removing the carrier.
First I'd recommend pressure and vacuume testing to make sure we're after the right leaking seal. Probably are. But is it the only one?
Anyway a dealer with the tool can probably change that seal and pressure / vacuume test in less than an hour. If that's the only seal to change you don't even have to remove the unit.
