2006 200 ETEC HO Water Pressure

Anybody know what the water pressure should be on this motor? It seems that the max I can get on my guage is 13-15 lbs at WOT. Actually it doesn't change much once it gets up around 3/4 throttle on up. Raising and lowering the engine doesn't seem to change it much either. Maybe a little but never under about 13 lbs.

I just had it in for a ECM update for the hot alarm going off after idling and all appears to be ok with everything.

PS is there a site somewhere that explains how to read the ECM report. I can understand most of it but some of it is greek to me. It would also be nice to know what the min and max readings should be too.
