Looking to purchase an 8 inch setback manual Jack plate made by Vance Manufacturing. Any reviews from people familiar with this brand would be appreciated. Thinking about a black powder coat for my black and silver 294XL Stratos with 200 Yamaha and 25T prop. Also would like to know recommended setting of prop shaft below pad? Was thinking of about three inches below pad?
