I use 45spf of whatever brand is on sale
Bullfrog clear gel. It's the best I have used, but sometimes hard to find.
Long sleeves, pants, wide brimmed hat and buff.

Do not use the aerosol spray cans of sunscreen in a fiberglass boat!! It can blister the fiberglass. Here is a pic of the damage on my boat, i thought i had cleaned it all off the fiberglass but i obviously missed a spot. My cousin was spraying her children in my boat over the summer this year.

Bullfrog gel is great but it will eat about anything it comes into contact with. I had it eat the plastic off of a cheap watch I was wearing one time.
