Should I add a water separator?

I have a 1994 Evinrude 150 Intruder and am wondering if I should add a water separator? If so what brand would anyone recommend? Are they easy to install? What kind of cost is involved.

Sure why not?I run one and wouldn't be with out one. Make sure your in and outs are 3/8" ID.
