iT GOES INTO A LOOP LOOKING FOR SIGNAL & HANGS UP. yOU HAVE TO CALL mOTORGUIDE SERVICE & HAVE THEM SEND YOU A "dONGLE" which hooks to the NEMA cord & updates the software.

Not sure what instructions you are giving. I heard your not supposed to charge the batteries with power cord plugged in.
