omc throttle control

looking for red lever that you lift up to shift motor into gear..not sure what its called, I think neutral lockout maybe..92 stratos 285 pro xl..control box is a omc..motor is a 150 Johnson..all the local shops show it as part #55 on schematic..and part no. 126133...shows obsolete as of 09...any help would be greatly appreciated...thx mike
