You are right on that point, but just because it is physically as well as fiscally impossible. If cap and trade comes into play, energy will become much more expensive, as a means of raising revenue in order to supplement the alternative energy sources that are being promoted.

That's a blog. I was looking for something more along the lines of news.
Neither story mentions if any of the Generation Stations can be converted to natural gas. A lot in the mid-west did this on a regular basis depending on which energy source was cheaper.
