Wireless TV Speaker FOLLOW-UP
This is a follow-up to this post:http://www.bbcboards.net/zerothread?id=758036
I did some surfing and found these speakers and gave them a try: http://www.amazon.com/Royal-Ma...CSSOY
It's only been a week, but so far so good! http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif Took them out of the box, plugged things in according to directions! (my wife was reading, I was just plugging things in http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/wink.gif ) and Viola, wireless speakers off the TV. Did get some interference from a wireless phone next to the speaker, but we moved it and they work fine. Each one has its own volume control and they sound fine! Hope they last! http://www.bassboatcentral.com/smileys/bows.gif

What size batteries to they take? How long willl they last? I'd prefer a set that plugs into the wall outlet.

Read the reviews at the bottom of the link page. Last one speaks of AC also. Not so good reviews though. But for 70.00 one can't expect Boise quality.

I do not use batteries. I use the plug-in transformers supplied with the units.
Yes, I read the reviews and some of them weren't great but others were good, and as you say, they are not Bose speakers. They were like $65 and do what I was looking for. Plus, I believe Amazon has a pretty good return policy so I gave the units a chance and they do what we want! http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif
