I would definitely run the XD-100. You will not have any issues running it in the cold and is actually the preferred oil for those temps. That is a full synthetic oil, so the low temps do not cause it to get thick like other oils.

I have an' '06 200HO and am running xd100. The temps were pretty cold this spring a couple of mornings when I was out and no problems. I believe BRP is recommending the xd100 for temps below 40 F, so that is the way I would go.

I run the xd-100 in my 03 DI to eliminate the cold weather problems associated with the xd-50 and DI engines. You're good to go with the xd-100. http://xs-s.com/zf/images/smile/emthup.gif
